If you picture a dog joining your family trips, new walking routes and games together, meet Tango.
Something interesting keeps turning up in Tango's world: a new path, an unfamiliar object or a toy that has moved. He bravely goes over to investigate and loves to explore. He also really enjoys play, so together you will be able to discover all sorts of activities.
We see Tango both as a family companion and as a future sports partner. Perhaps you will enjoy scent games and tricks, and once he is older, agility or another dog sport. You can discover the right direction together. For now, the start will be short games, learning and age-appropriate introductions to the world.
He could live in a city or a suburb and, with some preparation, travel with you too. Australian Shepherds often adapt easily to different surroundings, and Tango is no exception: a new garden, a different café or a night somewhere else will interest him more than scare him. Most importantly, your day should have room for activities together - Tango will enjoy not just going for walks, but having something to do with his person.
In an interesting place, Tango first wants to take a good look at everything. With strangers he shows the caution typical of the breed at first: he watches, then comes over to say hello. Through play and learning we will help him build his focus on people, and from an early age we will also build resting habits - so that after an outing or a trip you can relax calmly at home.

A walk in the morning, a trip to the forest at the weekend, and simple life together in between. If that is how you picture your dog, come and meet Neo.
Neo is an observant boy. In a new place he first looks around, gets his bearings and then sets off to explore. He also likes to get to know a new person at his own pace. Once he has, he is happy to interact, and right now a treat is an especially fun reason for him to learn.
We see Neo first and foremost as a family companion. He would suit a home where people like being outdoors, head out into nature together and want a dog by their side not only at weekends. Walks together, short learning games and a familiar daily rhythm would be a good start to your life together.
A suburb or a quieter part of town would be a comfortable setting. Neo feels best where the day is predictable: walks at similar times, familiar routes, a place of his own to rest. He will also be fine with travel, especially to places he already knows, while new surroundings are best introduced gradually. If he would be your first Australian Shepherd or your family's only dog, we will gladly talk about how Neo could fit into your home.
In our current assessment, Neo should grow into a larger dog. We also see his observant nature as he gets to know his surroundings. From an early age we will help teach him to greet guests calmly and to respond to new things around the home. Together you will build everyday habits that benefit the whole family.
Within this litter, Neo stands out for his calmer activity level. We picture him with people who enjoy outings together but value an ordinary day at home just as much. Daily activities, learning and rest will help him grow into a great companion.

Do you enjoy learning with a dog, and does the thought of training together make you smile? Meet Lima.
Lima quickly notices where something interesting is happening. A toy moves, a game begins - and she is ready to join in. She also loves people: she comes over to interact on her own, seeks contact and eagerly joins in shared activities.
She is a lightly built girl whose love of play and quick engagement point to a promising future in sport. Later on it would be exciting to try agility, frisbee or another activity you both enjoy. Perhaps your first discovery together will be tricks or scent games, and the sporting direction will become clear as she grows.
We picture Lima with an active person, couple or family who would like to try dog sports and has room in their week for regular sessions. She will enjoy not just going outside together, but playing, learning and having a shared task. If you have raised a dog before and know how to train one, the start will be even smoother.
When something is interesting, Lima engages quickly. That is why from an early age we will also practise calm waiting, rest and attention to her person. With harder tasks she will do best with a patient person who knows how to encourage her and show her the next step. Short, clear sessions with rest breaks will be a good start.
Today, future sporting plans begin with age-appropriate games and learning. As she grows, you will discover which activities bring you both the most joy and gradually build your skills together.

Tango and Lima will want more shared activities every day; within this litter, Neo stands out for his calmer activity level. Learning and resting habits matter for all three. Perhaps you recognise yourself in more than one of these - tell us about your plans and we will help you get acquainted.
We carry out a temperament test: we assess how the puppy gets to know a person, reacts to a new environment, plays and engages with tasks. We add our daily observations to this assessment.
It helps you picture life together: what motivates the puppy most, which activities to offer and how to start training. When we meet, we will connect these insights with your family's rhythm. The test shows current tendencies; a growing puppy will learn a great deal with you.

We advise which puppy best suits your life, openly discuss possible challenges and agree on the departure day.

Cody is a bold, steady and independent boy.
He is not the kind of puppy who asks for his person's attention every minute. Cody may come over to say hello, stay close for a while and then calmly wander off to get on with his own business.
His is a fairly independent character - and for the right person, that may be a big part of his charm.
Cody does not necessarily relax completely straight away when stroked or handled. He is interested in getting to know and understand people, so his strongest bond is likely to grow through shared experiences: play, learning, walks, activities and mutual trust.
Cody feels fairly confident in his surroundings. Unexpected sounds are more likely to spark his curiosity, he goes to inspect new objects, and moving things interest him a great deal. When playing he is energetic and self-assured.
He could be a very interesting dog for someone who wants not a ‘velcro’ pet, but a partner with a character of his own.
Cody would be best matched with a calm, consistent and self-confident person. Not a strict one - quite the opposite. Someone who communicates clearly, can calmly hold boundaries and feels no need to battle with the dog over every decision.
Experience with dogs would be useful, but what would matter most to us is not the number of years, but the person's attitude, willingness to learn and ability to build a relationship.
As for where to live, Cody seems fairly versatile - he could live in a city, a suburb or the countryside. What matters far more to him is what he will be doing and what kind of bond he will have with his person.
Nuga is a quick, curious and very observant girl. She is one of those puppies who quickly notice what is going on around them, so to her the world seems full of things worth checking out.
An unexpected sound or a new situation may catch her attention for a moment, but Nuga does not get stuck in doubt - curiosity wins fairly quickly and she goes to see what happened. We like that: she does not just react, she wants to understand.
Nuga plays willingly, has a lovely urge to chase a toy, is persistent and likes to find solutions by herself. If a task gets harder, she is able to bring her person into it too.
Her person matters to Nuga, although the world around her is also very interesting at the moment. That makes building cooperation with her great fun - teaching her that the most interesting things can happen not just somewhere in the distance, but together with her person.
Her quick temperament also means it is worth teaching her calmness from an early age: to wait, to watch, to relax and not to rush to be first at every event.
Nuga is easy to picture with an active person or family who want not only walks but also shared activities, learning, games or training. Experience with dogs would be an advantage, but a motivated first-time owner, ready to learn together with her, could also be a great match.
A quieter part of town, a suburb or the countryside would let her get to know the world gradually at first, but city life is certainly not ruled out.
Romeo is a fairly calm, balanced and pleasant puppy.
He is curious, interested in people, plays willingly and has good food motivation, yet he is not inclined to react very strongly to every situation. In a new place Romeo first looks around and may briefly turn his attention to what is going on nearby, but he returns to his person quite easily.
One interesting quality of his is patience. In an unpleasant or unclear situation Romeo is not always in a hurry to do something. Sometimes he simply stops and waits, as though weighing up whether it is worth reacting at all.
That does not mean he is indifferent to everything. Being picked up, for example, clearly did not appeal to him, and he made his opinion known. It would therefore be worth getting him used, calmly and from an early age, to being handled, to body checks, to veterinary procedures and to other situations where a dog cannot control everything himself.
Romeo chases a toy willingly and brings it back. While working on the problem-solving task he did get distracted for a moment, but he returned to it and solved it on his own.
He is easy to picture as a very pleasant everyday Aussie - a dog you can travel with, learn with and try various activities or sports with, and at the same time simply live a quiet family life alongside.
Because of the patience he showed, Romeo could also be an interesting choice for a family with children. Of course, that is no guarantee that a dog will automatically get on perfectly with every child - the relationship and its boundaries will still need to be taught on both sides.
Romeo could live quite comfortably in a city, in a suburb or in the countryside. What matters to him is not the place, but how much good living and shared activity he has with his person.
Riva is a warm, curious and very pleasantly balanced girl.
On arriving somewhere new she first wants to understand where she has ended up. Her person matters to her, but Riva is not the puppy who forgets everything around her the moment she is called.
Once the surroundings become clearer, she opens up to people beautifully - she is happy to interact, seeks contact and co-operates.
This is one of Riva's greatest strengths: she finds both the world and people interesting.
If a situation is unclear, she may turn briefly to her person as though checking that all is well, and once she has a little reassurance she goes back to exploring.
Riva solved the problem-solving task exceptionally quickly. She grasps what is wanted of her fairly fast and is not afraid to look for a solution herself.
She plays willingly, but a toy does not blot out the rest of the world. Her emotions are also fairly easy to manage.
For that reason Riva seems to us one of the most versatile girls in this litter.
She is easy to imagine in an active family, on trips, on long walks, at training or in amateur sport. She could also suit a motivated person raising an Aussie for the first time.
Riva could live in a city, in a suburb or in the countryside. The main thing would be to introduce her calmly to a variety of situations from an early age, and at the same time to let her find her own solutions.
Rumy is a reserved, calm puppy who approaches novelty with more caution.
He is not one of those who throws himself into your arms in the first minute of meeting and decides straight away that you are now the best of friends.
Rumy watches first.
He needs a little time to understand a person and the surroundings. Once contact is made the bond can be built beautifully, but it will most likely form gradually rather than in the first five minutes.
Rumy behaves in much the same way when he meets new objects. Something unexpected may prompt him to step back or stop for a moment. What matters, though, is that after that first reaction the curiosity returns - Rumy goes to see what it was.
He is not a puppy who panics easily. He simply needs a few moments to size up the situation.
Rumy solved the problem-solving task quickly, so he certainly knows how to think. A toy does not motivate him particularly strongly at the moment.
For that reason, for someone whose main goal is serious sport and a very strong drive to work, we would probably choose a different puppy from this litter.
But for someone who wants a calmer everyday companion, Rumy's character may be a great advantage.
He could also suit a first-time owner - especially a patient one who does not expect a dog to be immediately open to every person and every situation.
Rumy would feel best in a quieter city district, in a suburb or in the countryside. Life right in the city centre would also be possible, but at the start it would help him to get to know the world in smaller portions.
Mavi is a very warm, contact-seeking girl who is naturally oriented towards people.
To her a person is not just someone who hands out food or throws a toy. From the very beginning Mavi wants to do things together.
She seeks contact herself, follows her person nicely and joins in shared play willingly.
This showed especially nicely during play with a toy. Mavi did not just take it and run off. Later she found the toy herself and brought it to her person, as though offering to carry on together.
That is a very valuable quality in a dog you might later want to do sport or a lot of training with.
Mavi has a strong prey drive, excellent food motivation and a good deal of confidence in her surroundings. Unexpected sounds do not knock her off balance much, and she goes to check new objects quite boldly.
While working on the harder problem-solving task, Mavi turned to her person for help a little sooner than some of the other puppies. With her it would therefore be worth not only doing plenty together, but also encouraging her to look for solutions on her own.
Mavi seems to us a very interesting choice for someone who dreams of sport, of varied training, or simply of a very active life together with a dog.
She is not so extremely active, though, that family life would have to revolve around dog sport alone.
Mavi could live in a city, in a suburb or in the countryside. Her confidence in her surroundings will help her adapt to the city, while her natural wish to co-operate with people opens up a great deal of scope for a more active life.
If what you want is not simply a dog who lives alongside you, but a dog with whom you would like to do a great many things together, then Mavi is a very interesting choice.
Nova is a bold, quick and curious girl, strongly oriented towards people.
On arriving somewhere new she notices people very quickly and wants to go and say hello herself. The surroundings interest her too, but from the very start people hold great value for her.
Nova is not slow or passive. She moves quickly, notices new things quickly and explores them willingly.
That speed is not chaotic, though.
An unexpected sound intrigues her - she goes to check what happened. A new object may surprise her briefly, but Nova approaches it fairly quickly and starts to investigate.
Working on the problem-solving task, she understood very quickly what needed to be done and found the solution herself.
This is a lovely combination: Nova wants contact with people, yet when she meets a problem she does not necessarily wait for someone to do everything for her.
Food motivates her splendidly, and she likes a toy too, though it is not the only thing worth living for.
With Nova it would therefore be possible to try various sports or training, but she does not need to become a sports dog at all in order to feel good.
She has opinions of her own as well. In situations where she cannot control her own body, or where she is more firmly restrained, Nova can show quite clearly that she does not like it. But she does not dwell in the emotion and returns quickly to her usual self.
Nova seems to us one of the most versatile puppies in this litter.
She is easy to imagine in an active family, in the city, on trips, at training, or simply living an ordinary everyday life.
She could also suit a motivated person raising an Aussie for the first time.
Nova could live in a flat in the city or in a house in a suburb or the countryside. New situations do not hold her back much, people matter to her naturally, and after unexpected events she returns to ordinary life fairly quickly.
With Nova the more important thing will probably be to preserve the good balance already visible between curiosity, activity and the wish to be with people, rather than trying to wind her up any further.
